The Takumix Career Package is a structured coaching programme that prepares you for every stage — from CV writing and mock interviews through to cultural training and visa guidance.
This is an education and preparation service designed by founders who graduated from UEA, a JF さくらネットワーク-recognised institution, and who have worked across both UK and Japanese professional environments.

Interview Preparation
Individual or small-group sessions covering Japanese interview formats, self-introduction (自己PR), motivation statements, and common questions. Delivered via Zoom or Google Meet (1–2 hours per session).

PRACTICE × 2–3
Mock Interviews
Two to three full-length practice interviews in English or Japanese, with detailed written and verbal feedback on content, delivery, and presence. Builds confidence and refines your responses before real applications.

CV Support
Structuring, drafting, and editing your English CV for the Japanese hiring market. Includes initial review and final confirmation rounds, with advice based on what Japanese hiring managers actually look for.

TRAINING
Culture & Work Training
Group sessions on Japanese business etiquette (business cards, email customs, hierarchy), workplace culture, and cross-cultural communication skills essential for thriving in a Japanese company.

Online Support
Continuous LINE / WhatsApp support from package start until your start date in Japan. Ask questions about applications, life in Japan, or job-search preparation whenever you need guidance.

Q. Does this package guarantee I'll get a job in Japan?
No. The Career Package is a preparation and coaching service. It is designed to make you a stronger applicant, but hiring decisions are made entirely by employers. We are transparent about this because it matters legally and ethically.
Q. Do I need to buy this package to apply for jobs listed on Takumix?
Absolutely not. Job listings on Takumix are free for all candidates. The Career Package is a completely separate optional coaching service. You can apply to any listing without ever purchasing it.
Q. What level of Japanese do I need?
The package is designed for candidates with JLPT N3 and above, though some components are valuable at lower levels too. The Japanese-format CV and Japanese-language interview add-ons are recommended for N2 and above.
Q. Can I pay in instalments?
Yes. The package is payable in full at sign-up or in instalments by arrangement. Please contact us to discuss instalment plans.
Q. Is there a refund if I don't get a job?
No. The fee covers coaching, training and education content delivered to you, regardless of your job application outcomes. This separation is intentional — the price reflects the value of the coaching itself, not the outcome of any application.
Q. What about visa support?
We provide general guidance on Japanese work visa categories and the application process. Actual visa applications must be handled by qualified 行政書士 (immigration specialists).
